About
From the start of the pandemic in 2020 when we were in lock-down, I decided to send out a daily devotion, except on weekends, via WhatsApp and Facebook to our members. Soon it was distributed more widely on the Net. After a year, I asked some members of staff and a few other lay folk to assist with this endeavour as we moved beyond lock-down.
As with our sermons, the devotions cover a wide variety of topics, some as one-off episodes, others as parts of a mini-series.
Our prayer is that God will use this channel to meet you where you are in your own faith journey. May it help you to grow in your relationship with Christ and become a more effective disciple.
God bless you,
Pastor Graeme

The word 'trust' is often something we struggle with even as devout Christians and believers because we are created with senses and our natural inclination is to hear, smell, taste, touch and see.

Listening doesn’t happen by default; it happens by design. We need to seek silence; it doesn’t come naturally.

Though Satan is real and active, it is through submission to God that we resist him. Even so, we have our own inclination to sin to overcome, in order to show the world that Christ has indeed transformed our lives.

We have the benefit of being set free by Jesus and so we do not hide our harvest, we share it through our testimony, the way we live our lives as a living testimony to God and do not keep it for ourselves.
